QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Sales Support & Data Analyst” to be in our HQ Altunizade. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Managing CRM System, E-Commerce, Web, Mobile, geographical information system (GIS), IVR etc. integrations projects with related departments
- Monitoring integrations and systems. Coordination with the relevant parties to keep it in working condition.
- Preparation of reports on CRM Data, GIS data, campaigns, sales, e-commerce data, product penetration, consumer complaints, sales forecasts and expenses.
- Preparing training materials related to CRM systems and applications and providing training to dealers remotely or with the sales team when necessary.
- Improving processes with e-commerce marketplaces, analyzing data and projecting new developments.
- Analyzing the data about the department and preparing the presentations.
- Keeping the data, dealer's regions, documents, and user information on the CRM system, website, mobile applications, payment systems, order systems, and GIS up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Graduated from Industrial Engineering, MIS, or Statistics departments of universities with a Bachelor's degree,
- Preferably with more than 3 years of work experience in the FMCG industry,
- Knowledge of CRM Systems, web and mobile applications,
- Able to use MS Office applications and Excel at an advanced level effectively,
- Advanced analytical reporting skills, preferably able to use SAP BO, and Power BI tools effectively,
- Experienced in campaign and loyalty programs,
- Strong planning, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced project management and process analysis skills, customer oriented
