DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Sustainability Associate’’to be in our HQ Altuinizade.A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

• Assisting in the creation and execution of the company’s sustainability strategies,
• Conducting a comprehensive review of the company’s current impact on the environment, community, and governance issues to establish a baseline for improvement,
• Leading ESG-related projects, including sustainability initiatives, social responsibility programs, and governance improvements,
• Ensuring that the company's operations are compliant with environmental regulations and corporate social responsibility standards,
• Set up and monitor sustainability metrics or key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of initiatives and report on progress,
• Working with relevant departments to ensure sustainable sourcing and reduce the environmental impact of the company's operations,
• Researching and propose sustainability initiatives, such as waste reduction programs, energy efficiency upgrades, or community engagement projects,
• Identifying and advocate for innovative practices or technologies that can enhance the company's ESG performance,
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability efforts.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from the engineering departments or related departments of universities,
• Very good command of English/Turkish both in writing and speaking,
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills,
• Familiarity with global ESG reporting frameworks, standards, and regulations,
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Proficiency in digital communication platforms and social media,
• Strong project management skills,
• Min 2 years’ experience in a related position.
