As an investor and full-service provider, ECE Türkiye gathers all competences of the shopping center development, such as architectural design, conceptual planning, project management, budgeting, finance and legal services under one roof.

As ECE Türkiye Proje Yönetimi A.Ş. we are currently managing and leasing out 9 Shopping Centers.

We are looking for dedicated and qualified professionals for the following position:

Finance Specialist

The candidate should have;

• A university degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration or related departments,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (good knowledge of Excel is preferred),
• Good command of spoken & written English is preferred,
• Analytical thinker and team player with strong communication skills, result oriented and self initiator,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting/finance is preferred,
• Not older than 30 and no military obligation for male candidates.

The candidate will be responsible for; 

• Following up the rental income budget of the shopping centers,
• Responsible for issuing the invoices of the tenants based on lease contracts accordingly,
• Reporting the turnover data and performance of the mall on sector basis,
• Following up the outstanding debts, calculating and reporting the collection ratios,
• Preparing the financial reports of the projects for internal departments and investors monthly, quarterly and annually,
• Following up the ongoing legal issues in cooperation with internal and external lawyers,
• Evaluating operating data and historical performance in terms of contractual/financial obligations of the tenant,
• Developing and managing relationship with the tenants by providing financial assistance.
