IT Project Manager 

The IT Project Manager is a professional role.

Moderate but direct impact through close contact with customer core activities.

Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of customer needs.

Applies analytical thinking.

Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information.

Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results.

Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the project budget, timeline and scope
• Coordinates activities of an IT project team, identifying necessary resources and developing schedules to meet completion deadlines.
• Develops requirement documentation.
• Communicates with project staff and clients regarding status of projects.

Qualifications:

• 5 years + experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience.
• Technical background
• Excellent written and verbal Dutch and Turkish is a must.
• Excellent management and communication skills
• PMP certificate is an asset

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
