Senior Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a "Senior Human Resources Specialist'' for our global client - who provides chemical regulatory compliance and product safety solutions globally.

The position reports to Human Resources Director.

Responsibilities

• Assist all HR activities and operations, (recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management), working closely with the HR Director

• Work on HR Projects and policies implementation

• Develop and conduct employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally.

• Support HR process development and conduct HR programs, including performance management, talent management, organizational development, learning & development, and HR Information Systems.Execute recruitment process

• Define measures for success and assess the effectiveness of all employer branding activities on candidate attraction and employee retention

• Lead & support Employee Engagement strategies and programs

• Coordinate onboarding and orientation program for new joiners to ensure new comer adaptation & engagement

• Plan and execute all internal engagement activities and events

• Assist the implementation and execution of training initiatives across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree of relevant universities

• Min. 5 years' experiences as a HR Generalist (recruitment, on-boarding, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management)

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Highly organized with demonstrated expertise in process design and improvement

• Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, researcher, and ready to work hands-on

• Curious, analytical with problem-solving capabilities

• Strong work ethic, integrity, and sense of urgency

• Strong time management skills and attentiveness to responsibilities

• Able to work in Selimpaşa, İstanbul.
