Job Description

• Develop, manage and drive all aspects of marketing strategies to maximize the brand identity and reach more customers with impactful messaging
• Prepare annual marketing plan and budget in accordance with company strategies and objectives
• Develop and execute qualitative and quantitative market research. Track trends, analyze market research & studies, make recommendations for the business
• Increase brand awareness by conducting marketing, advertising and brand management studies
• Support to global markets
• Manage and improve the Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") function,
• Lead the team to manage and collaborate with local advertising, digital/programmatic and media agencies to develop innovative digital media campaigns
• Collaborate with sales teams to lead branding events
• Manage consumer research and develop effective strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a related field (preferably marketing, engineering, business, economics etc.)
• Preferably master's degree in marketing
• Preferably experienced in the FMCG sektor
• At least 10 years of experience in marketing and product / brand management in the familiar with product label-design ideas
• Closely following current sector and market trends and living in digital world
• Experience in global marketing
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Additional languages such as Spanish, German would be a plus

• Goal oriented, able to implement strategic vision and deliver real results
