We are looking for a “Reception & Customer Relations Responsible” for Farmasi's hotel in Çekmeköy/İstanbul.

Responsibilities: 

• Greeting and assisting visitors, providing with necessary information directing them to the appropriate rooms
• Carry out any other reasonable task set by the Hotel's Management
• To have a basic knowledge of the surrounding area in order to assist guests with their queries
• Ensuring that the Hotel Executive is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments
• Assisting other departments, if necessary

Qualifications:

• Graduated from a Universty.
• Minimum 2 years Reception Agent experience or similar role
• Proficiency in using Office programmes
  
• Fluent in English
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
  
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy
