GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

• Degree in Material, Mechanical, Polymer Engineering
• 10 years of experience in plastic injection process & tool
• Experienced in polymer and plastic materials
• Technical knowledge of injection cycle & tonnage calculation, injection machine and capacity calculation
• Experienced in plastic part/tool design studies
• Knowledge of basic tool manufacturing process
• Knowledge of Moldflow analysis method and commentation
• Ability of effectively work with 3D design programs (preferably Catia, Unigraphics NX)
• Ability of effectively work with team members, open to continuous and sustainable development, analytical thinking
• To educate the team members about assigned tasks and own specialities with presentations
• Advanced command in English
• Have no obstacle to travel

JOB DESCRIPTION

Farplas; manufacturing domestically and abroad, with 4 production facilities and 1800 employees, serves as a solution partner of product realization process of interior & exterior plastic parts (product development, mold & project management, mass production, after sales support) for automotive main industry companies including Toyota, Renault, Hyundai, Ford, Tofaş-Fiat

In growing organization of Farplas, we are seeking a team mate as a "Process Development Team Leader”

• Responsible for injection process, tool development, moldflow analysis of new/ongoing projects & prepare tool and process activites for mass production in accordance with project Schedule and standardization studies from reflection points
• To keep up to date of tool and process standarts according to developing Technologies, investments and work flows
• Responsible for carrying out technical responsibilites, attending domestic or abroad injection trials, making control for process and tool inputs
• To take an active role at standardization and cost reduction activities
