REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities, 
• At least 3 years of experience in training & development management, digital education technologies, performance management, talent and career, 
• Fluent in English,
• Proficient in SAP (SuccessFactors) and MS Office programs, 
• Proficient in the programs used in e-Learning content design, animation and video editing processes, 
• Developed sense of responsibility, successful in human relations, strong business follow-up, 
• Prone to teamwork, 
• Strong reporting, verbal and written expression skills, 
• Developed planning and organizational skills, 
• Knowledgeable about problem solving techniques, 
• Male candidates must have completed military service, 
• Those who reside/may reside on the Anatolian side of Istanbul or in the Kocaeli region. 
  
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

Farplas is looking for a teammate to work as a Talent and Organizational Development Specialist in its growing organization. 

• Conducting training & development management, performance management, career planning, employee engagement and organizational development studies, 
• Carrying out processes related to communication and coordination activities for the implementation of the Performance Management System, 
• Designing and organizing training programs that will support leadership and talent development, 
• Carrying out the necessary studies to design digital learning processes and ensure technology integration, 
• Taking an active role in HR projects within the company, 
• Preparation of reports regarding the processes for which he/she is responsible, Improving and developing human resources processes.
