Position Summary

As a member of the core Industrial Enginering Team, the role of the Advance Manufacturing Engineer is to manage and/or lead new Project/Product launching and industrialization activities by optimizing the process conditions for serial life production with related requirements and standarts.

Responsibilities:

•  Definition of process characteristics and process flows due to related product&process concept and requirements,
•  Assist of Project Team to follow up the program requirements by participating related meetings with related team members and/or customer,
•  Provide feedbacks to define machinary&equipment concepts,
•  Preparing required machinary&equipments lists and following up the milestones with related departments,
•  Leading and/or assisting PFMEA activities (preparation, review, actions etc.),
•  Orginizing launching and installation activities of related machinary&equipments,
• Industrialization and optimization of process&product by related activities,
• Following up Process Capability and Run@Rate activities,
•  Assisting Lay-out&Logistics optimizations and Process Instructions etc.,
• Following up related Program requirements; customer orders, production planning, organizing tryouts,
• Reporting detected problems and related outputs during the tryouts,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience (prefferable in Automotive Industry / Interiors),
• Good enough tecnically at communication in English (both in correspondence and dialogue),
• Free for travelling and abroad duties,
• Reporting experience is an advantage,
• Excel required,
• SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Residing/willing to reside in Bursa.
