RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to order and maintain releases for component parts and direct ship suppliers
• Responsible to update and maintain all inventory records,
• Responsible for KOI parameters
• Responsible for the material requirements planning, update and maintain all material planning parameters in ERP system
• Identifies implements and continuously seeks improvement to a cost-effective MRP system
• Manage & follow-up product launches & level changes. Coordinate SMOI items
• Manage to prevent all premium freights regarding supply problems
• To create and maintain Bill of Materials, routings, Item master data in ERP system
• Responsible for returnable packaging supply from Customers (empties management)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree, engineering degree is preferred
• Minimum 1 years experience in manufacturing in an automotive
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Excellent knowledge on MRP
• Must be fully competent in MS Office applications
• Must have good organizational, communication skills
