RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for new and ongoing changes [post launch (+90 days)] and ensuring customers / stake holders' expectations are met
• Compliance to the Gates Change Management Policy (CMP) and ensuring that CMP rules are followed in terms of validation & approval
• Creates launch plans for big changes with milestones and implements, tracks and reports per these plans according to the ISO TS 16949
• Provide guidance to other team members in ongoing changes
• Must have the ability to work effectively with cross-divisional teams
• Participates in value analysis and value engineering activities (VAVE), reviews and reports ongoing costs in order to provide a focus/awareness of cost impacts of programs
• Following the GPMS guidelines to achieve the projects' KPI's. Identifying and eliminating the bottlenecks to ensure timely completion.
• Achieving plant project KPIs for product, budget, schedule and cost of poor quality
• Close communication with the functional leaders in Izmir (and global leaders when necessary) to ensure that all the necessary resources are assigned to achieve the goals. 
• Provide project data and documentation management in accordance with capital regulation, internal/external standards and requirements
• Support PMO team whenever necessary to reach our targets. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-4 years direct experience in automotive or machinery fields.
• Has bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration preferred or equivalent education and work experience
• Having a procurement background will be a plus.
• Requires good verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English. .
• Must have good organizational, communication skills.
• Must think logically, with problem-solving abilities
• Requires product documentation development, execution skills and tracking ability. Proficiency in project management, including the use of standard project management tools and techniques. Requires knowledge of technology development as it relates to new products and/or product enhancements. Ability to organize and facilitate cross-functional and intra-team meetings. Strong knowledge of automotive system TS16949 and ISO Standards. Strong PC competency demonstrated (Word, Excel, PPT and Microsoft Project etc.).
