WHAT TO EXPECT

• To manages the processes with the Prototype processing and assembly team in order to meet the prototype needs that come with the SOR request from internal and external customers.
• To controls the prototype production in accordance with the technical drawings and customer needs, and organizes the component productions carried out in-house or at the suppliers.
• To coordinate the machining technicians and ensures the continuity of the needed raw materials, machining tools, and other consumables in stocks.
• Ensures that the chemicals used in the prototype are kept safe and ready when needed. 
• It enables the design and production of simple fixtures required for the production of prototype components.
• To perform the manual prototype assembly and measurements when necessary, performs measurements of prototype components and performe MKF measurements of finished prototypes,
• Ensures the operability of the benches and monitors the daily maintenance.
• Organize that all TQM Tools, DIN / ISO 9000, IATF quality standards and related department procedures are always followed with appropriate documentation.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position,
• Good technical drawing and design knowledge,
• Knowledge of 5X CAM, Wire EDM CNC and 3D modeling. Familiarity with materials and measurement methods, 
• Ability to read technical drawing,
• Able to use measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, comparator etc.). 
• Knowledge of machine mechanics and maintenance.
• Good command of English.
