Getir is a tech company. We are writing the book on super-fast delivery and ‘democratizing laziness’ Our journey started in 2015 by simply bringing groceries to your door, via our simple/sophisticated app. All within minutes. Today, Getir brings hot food, and well your weekly groceries. 

We see what you need, then we make it! This means bringing together the worlds of technology, supply chain, retail, analytics, marketing, and more. We strive for perfection, even in areas where the rest do not. Considering that we promise thousands of items through the app, it is imperative that all these items be available, at the right condition, to all of our users, all the time.

What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Greet and welcome the guests
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and place
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings when needed
  • Give support to Administrative Affairs and People Department
  • Support the arrangement of travel and accommodations both within the country and abroad
  • Support expat management process

 What You’ll Bring?

  • Min. 3 years related experience
  • Professional attitude and appearance and a smiling face
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • An honest care about people. Willingness to get involved and fix problems. We help people get better so we can all succeed.
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written is a must
  • Resilience. Not every day is going to be easy; but a good attitude and resilience will get you through much easier.
  • Willingness to work hard. Getir is growing at incredible speed, we need people who are willing to get their hands dirty
