We are looking for an ambitious HR Specialist who will be responsible for management of Compensation and Benefits processes.

This role will provide you the opportunity to progress your career, analyzing and learning total rewards in HR within different industriesin Holding Company, exploring the culture of partnership with global brands and multinational companies.

Job Description:

• Assists in the management of developing, implementing and administering of global compensation compensation strategy and structure,
• Takes active role in Compensation & Benefits in processes like job evaluation, market data analysis, annual salary reviews, budgeting processes, total employment cost analysis, bonus calculations and salary surveys,
• Regularly benchmarks all components of salaried to ensure competitiveness to the market and develop new benefits and recognition programs,
• Manages the job evaluation system to ensure positions are graded in alignment with the system,
• Prepares regular reports to management members,
• Participates in other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics and relevant programs,
• Proven working experience in Human Resources, regarding Compensation and Benefits,
• Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems,
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office (specially Excel & PowerPoint) and Power BI module will be a plus,
• Advanced level of English,
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Self-motivated and a problem-solver,
• Using related SAP modules and Success Factors effectively is an asset.
