We are seeking a strong communicator and positive ‘Import Specialist’ for our global client operating in steel and foundry industries.

QUALIFICATIONS

•        Bachelor’s degree in related fields
•        Minimum 3 years of experience,
•        Good command of written and spoken English,
•        Multinational corporation experience is a plus, knowledge of import regulations,
•        Advanced level of MS Office applications,
•        Preferably have knowledge of SAP,
•        Outstanding organizational and communication skills,
•        Hard-working, highly motivated and team player.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•        Planning and executing national and international transportation,
•        Ensuring that the products are delivered on time and reach the customers, taking the necessary actions in case of possible delays and  following up closely,
•        Establishing coordination with the customs agent,
•        Getting the prices from the shipping companies according to the way of loading of the orders and to provide the logistics according to the price approval,
•        Preparing all import files,
•        Tracking and controlling the transportation and shipment process,
•        Preparing necessary documents for customs procedures and checking invoices,
•        Uploading the documents to SAP system periodically.
