We are looking for a Sales Engineer for the world’s leading suppliers of adhesive solutions in the general industrial market.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (preferably, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Mechatronic, Electrical and Material Engineering fields)
• A proven industrial sales experience,
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills,
• Proficiency in written and spoken English,
• Dynamic, self-motivated and with the ability to "make a difference",
• Highly analytic, with a track record of being a strong problem solver,
• Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude,
• Very good command of MS Office Programs.

Responsibilities;

• Execute sales activities in target domestic industrial markets,
• Act as a s a point of contact for existing and potential customers,
• Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements,
• Identify customer needs and recommend convenient product and application solutions,
• Work closely with the sales Manager and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales quotas,
• Drive planning process for own segments and conduct customer strategy and priorities based on company innovations,
• Support international cooperation and communication,
• Ensure reporting processes of the sales results on local, regional, and global requirements.
