QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with proven sales experience and a passion for offeringmarket-leading technical products and premium 'end-to-end' software and hardware solutions for customers in the automotive and general industries.


Our industrial client is a global leader that provides industrial power tools and systems, industrial assembly solutions, quality assurance products, software and service.


Job Description;

  • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements,
  • Prepares and gives technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work,
  • Works with the customers and relevant engineering divisions to ensure the equipment meets the requirements,
  • Helps clients to solve problems with product usage,
  • Communicates with sales team mates to understand consumer demands and offers sales support where necessary,
  • Provides company’s product and technical equipments by answering questions and requests,
  • Recommends new and improved products to the customers and explains how the equipment will be high-performance.

 

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Disciplines,
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer or Service Sales Engineer,
  • Knowledge in process automation systems’ working principle and hands-on experience in industrial tools and equipment would be an asset,
  • A collaborative team player,
  • Ability to build up strong, long-lasting relationships with customers,
  • Good command of English both speaking & writing,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills,
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports,
  • Negotiation and social problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask.
