We are looking for a "Sales Support Specialist” for our global client operating in the steel and foundry industries.

QUALIFICATONS

• University degree in related fields,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations management,
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office and in Excel,
• High level of analytical skills, critical thinking and ability in simplifying of complex issues,
• Having sense of detail and able to take initiative and responsibility,
• Good command of English  in reporting and speaking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Proceeding customers’ orders in production to deliver the products on time,
• Managing all the audit and approval processes before the shipments,
• Coordinating international transport in order to meet the confirmed delivery dates in a timely and effective manner,
• Handling production plan and actual stock based on customer forecast,
• Providing support to the customers for complaints after the sales,
• Following  customer payments; ensuring that the financial debts are in accordance within the company’s and the customer’s accounts,
• Weekly and monthly reporting.
