We are seeking for a dynamic and positive ‘Senior Human Resources Specialist’ for our client operating in mining industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in related fields such as Industrial Engineering, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Sociology, Psychology etc.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in a manufacturing environment,
• Have strong knowledge in all functions of HR, especially in recruiting and training & development fields,
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Self-motivation and positive attitude with a high level of commitment and energy, have a strong customer focus and cultural adaptability
• Strong knowledge in Ms Office Applications,
• Proficiency in English
• Residing or able to reside in Balıkesir

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Executing all HR functions such as Recruitment, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Employer Branding
• Executing full-cycle recruitment process for all vacancies (Posting Job ads, conducting interviews, reference check and job offer) 
• Executing the on boarding process of new employees (on-boarding, orientation, required IT equipment, Insurance, etc.)
• Analyzing employees’ training needs and organize internal and external annual training plan
• Preparing employee satisfaction surveys and reporting the results
• Organizing motivational activities in the company
• Executing daily and periodically HR Admin & Reporting activities and supporting projects
• Following and enforcing the provisions of the Social Security Law, Labor Law and other legal obligations.
• Informing business partners about new regulations and changes by following the legislation regulating working life.
