We are looking for a “Technical Support Engineer (Russian Speaker)” for our client operating in ceramic industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science and Engineering or related fields,
• New graduate or with a maximum 3 years of experience,
• Fluency in both spoken and written Russian,
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs,
• Have strong communication skills and compatible with teamwork,
• Have a sense of responsibility, open to development and innovation,
• No travel restrictions to the Russia region,
• Able to reside in Bozüyük/Bilecik.

Job Description

• To manage the customer portfolio and provide technical solutions to customers within daily and weekly plans,
• To provide on-site technical support services to customers in Russia region,
• To understand the needs of customers abroad and meet their needs,
• To support the raw material purchasing processes of customers abroad,
• To support new project development processes by participating in laboratory and demo processes,
• To support product development and improvement processes.
