QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Developer, Food/ Beverage/Pharma/Chemical – IMEA, Türkiye, Hybrid

 

What is the Job about

As a sales developer, you will ensure end-to-end execution of projects and initiatives to build up presence, brand, and expertise within prioritized verticals. With highly technical ability, you will have important role in developing a deep understanding of end-user needs and feeding insights and knowledge about end-users back through the Grundfos Industry value chain. Acquiring potential new IEMs and increasing shares with the existing ones is one of the key initiatives based on a value-based selling approach, energy efficiency studies and digitalization focus.  

You are expected to understand and concentrate on all the potentials in prioritized areas & verticals; deeply analyze & measure market potentials, dynamics and develop go-to-market strategies for the area.  Hybrid Working setting up in Grundfos Turkey.

 

Key Accountabilities            

  • Provide technical assistance to Customers regarding the product sizing, applications, Prepare detailed opportunity assessment and tracking system responsibility within verticals in the local prioritizations
  • Develop, support, and implement energy efficiency-related complex projects with a major impact in the industry sector.
  • Shape End to End (E2E) commercial offerings (digital & intelligent products, solutions, and services) by matching applications of end-users, and channels
  • Expending and enhancing digital solutions
  • Growing smart system solutions, accelerating digital and data-enhanced solutions
  • Accelerating development and transition to high-efficient product portfolio
  • Implement pilot projects and document key learnings on technical and commercial in vertical sectors broader purposes as references
  • Deep customer needs understanding.  Collect and analyze market and competitor data. Defining future customer needs and long-term market trends with relevant portfolio.
  • Conducting Marketing activities and well connected with internal & external stakeholders in positioning our solutions

 

Your background:

        We imagine that you have:                                                                                             

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics engineering preferred) 
  • At least 5-6 years of professional experience as sales engineer or sales developer
  • Relevant industry and technical experience from an international company
  • Relevant experience in Industrial sectors:  Industrial contractors, Industrial End Users /Original Equipment Manufacturers (IEMs/ OEMs)
  • Relevant Industry experience preferred (Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Automotive Industries, Pump and other related equipment and component manufacturers)
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to understand requirements and negotiate solutions with stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel around Turkey (predominantly domestic, 40%)
