Apply well-develop professional knowledge to liaise and build trust with customers, service staff and contractors regarding any scope of on-site work. Coordinate and schedule service operations and site visits.
Handle customer requests (phone calls, orders, etc.) and prepare standard quotations.

What is the job about?

As a service coordinator, you will apply well-develop professional knowledge to liaise and build trust with customers, service staff and contractors regarding any scope of on-site and workshop works.   

• Coordinate and schedule service operations and site visits. Handle customer requests (phone calls, emails, orders etc.) and prepare standard quotations.
• Organize travels and site visits.
• Handle customer requests (phone calls, emails, orders etc.) and prepare simple quotations.
• Enter credit memos, returns and warrant credits.
• Coordinate return of defective material from customers, distributors and service centers.
• Assist in implementing plans, policies and projects.
• Handle escalated complaints from customers and drive to satisfactory conclusion.
• Prepare monthly performance report
• Support administration tasks in service workshop.
• Personal assistance activities related to Head of Service Delivery department. 

What’s in it for you? 

• Any Bachelor’s Degree with atleast 0-2 years of experience in customer service
• You have gained experience developing and implementing overall operating processes, especially within the service environment
• You have good communication and stakeholder management skills, and you are capable of communicating with high level of the organization on a regional level
• Service sales experience would be a great advantage
