QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Leading the Sales Planning team, organising team schedule, trainings and development programs for skills up of associates,
  • Work closely with Honda Motor, Honda Motor Europe and all other factories on all aspects of the business,
  • Leading cross-functional meetings for monthly strategy regarding price, product, and promotions, following up sales momentum and taking actions to secure target achievement,
  • Liaise and support Motorcycle division in the following departments; Sales, Marketing, Logistic, Finance, Foreign Trade and Aftersales,
  • Controlling divisional and product based profit plans and target achievement. Present to upper management every month-quarter,
  • Controlling all price, incentive, volume, mix and margin information and provide budget input in these areas,
  • Manage the Niguri (sales forecast) process ensuring the volume forecast is accurate and required by HM, HME is accurate and on time,
  • Manage the Tanki (order process) and working with various factories (KSS,HII,TH, etc.) to plan orders and arrivals accordingly for HTR management approval,
  • Campaign and incentive budget management,
  • Prepare fleet price quotations for government (Police etc.).


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent departments of universities, Master's degree is a plus,
  • 4+ years experienced in S&OP flow, team management experience is a plus,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Strong leadership and supervising skills,
  • Very good numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy,
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
  • Strong command of Excel, Powerpoint and SAP,
  • Alignment to Honda Philosophy: Human, Passionate, Imaginative & Challenging,
  • All applicants must have a driving license (Motorcycle license is an asset),
  • No restriction for travel,
  • Military service completed for male candidates.
