Digital Marketing Executive for Sura Hotels Hagia Sophia

 Situated in the middle of the Sultanahmet Region, Sura Hotels are in a unique position to discover the city. Sura Hotels are inspired by Istanbul's historical texture and culture and now we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to share and spread our joy to offer a unique İstanbul experience.

The Digital Marketing Executive will design and implement the marketing strategy on all digital channels, manage the website, and optimize the hotel's overall digital presence.

What you will be doing: 

 Drive Digital Marketing Plans for Sura Hotels

• Creates and executes the hotel’s digital marketing communication plan.
• Ensures high performance on digital campaigns through practical data analytics. Shows enthusiasm for marketing analytics. 
• Supports brand on digital marketing initiatives.
• Leads the development of digital marketing campaigns for prioritized  markets; track performance and discuss ways to enhance and improve ads with a specific focus on conversion to sales
• Supports hotel operations with cross-marketing opportunities, leveraging hotel and brand databases.
• Manages, supervises, and/or creates content for all the hotel’s social media platforms and drives engagement. Ensures the optimization of content engagement.

Website Management and SEO

• Oversee and manage websites providing content and design updates and ideas to enhance website traffic and engagement. Provide monthly reports on website KPI
• Create and implement promotional content for special offers and packages, in coordination with the hotel's Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Directors.
• Ensure delivery of website enhancements and create seamless customer journeys.
• Manages digital reporting tools for the hotel and communicates reports internally as well as supervises action plans for improvements where needed.

Email Marketing

• Prepare and enhance the digital SU Magazine monthly
• Analyze email productivity and profile segmentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent. Master's degree is an asset.
• Two to four years in a Digital Management position, preferably in a luxury hospitality/travel/retail environment with significant exposure to Digital Marketing and Social Media.
• Google Analytics Individual Qualification.
• Superior analytical skills and business understanding with strategic and creative vision.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
• Full proficiency in English is required and a third language (Russian or Spanish) is a plus.
