QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Izel Chemistry, more than 25 years experienced, paint, isolation, construction chemicals etc.  producing synthetic resins with using high technology for determining world standards on market.

We export more than 50 countries and moving our aim confidently to become world brand. To be assigned in our facility in established Dilovası-Kocaeli who will guide his career and working life with us, contribute to our professional business with his energy and who has high goals for future, we are seeking for Export Sales Specialist.

 

Qualifications;

·       Bachelor’s degree of reputable universities in Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration and related field,

·       Excellent knowledge of ‘’MS Office’’,’’IFS 10’’,’’ERP’’,

·       Good command of written and spoken English, preferable second language(ARB,RUS,SPA),

·       Strong problem-solving and decision making skills,

·       Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills,

·       High persuasive and representative skills,

·       Proactive, empathy skills,

·       Belong sales souls, communicate skills, social and strong human relations abilities,

·       Result oriented, disciplined, responsible, good at team work,

·       Researcher and thinking analytical,

·       Searching new markets, lead present and new potential network,

·       To be able to make meetings and customer calls over web-based service providers,

·       Smart phones, web-based applications, technological nets,

·       To be able to conduct effective research with smart phones, web-based applications, technological networks,

·       No restriction to travel.

 

Job Description;

·      To Comply company and factory general management rules, policies and procedures, disciplinary regulations, work health and safety rules, and social rules within the frame of accepted ethical values by society.

·      To save necessary documents and documentation in a regular and comprehensible way while working, belong past documents which legal obligations and business memory to keep records according to protect them with legal code system.

·      Identifying potential customer in the sector in which the company operates, and after presentation products, selling the products that are available for needs of customers, ensuring that the orders and shipments process of the products.

·      To supporting to make pricing strategies reports, preparing the appropriate offer for customers and pricing strategy, and reviewing the offers to be sent report to the Senior Sales Manager.

·      To investigate for reason of not accepting offer and report toSenior Sales Manager.

·      To provide that payments of the products sold are followed up and collected in due time, on the other hand in case of delay non-payment or possible payments situation informing theSenior Sales Manager.

·      Feedback and complaint coming from customers, support, evaluated them and help for finalization.

·      Reporting the contentment data transmitted from customers to theSenior Sales Manager.

·      Performing competitor and customer analysis.

·      To make visits and presentations about products and product application to existing and new customers, introducing and explaining İzel Chemistry.

·      Search to technological developments on Sales and Marketing area and report to all dataSenior Sales Manager.

·      Coordinate to export sales activity (Giving an Offer ,Taking an Order, Collecting, Searching Market and Networks, Improve Customer Relations.)

·      To prepare periodic reports, ensuring to measure department performances, controlling and reporting Senior Sales Manager.

·      To work for in line with yearly department sales goals, to accomplish goals given by Senir Sales Manager.

·      To assist in determining of apply department of policy and strategies on Export Sales.

·      To comply with procedures, instructions and work processes specified on Export Sales process,to provide requested necessary of process.

·       To provide giving an offer,taking an order and relevant records of customer conversations are conserve, processed in the IFS system completely and on the time,and that records destroy at the end of conserving period (10 years.)

·       To provide developing and improving activities related department and for that process describe needed and sources.
