We are looking for a qualified Human Resources and Administration Specialist to join us in our Bağcılar Warehouse’s Office to oversee all human resources operations and administration operations such as recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, benefits, labor, purchase, maintenance relations ensuring they’re aligned with the company’s business goals. 
WHAT IT TAKES

· Bachelor's degree or Master degree in related fields,

· 2+ years of proven work experience as an HRA Generalist role,

· Good command of both written and spoken English is a must,

· Knowledge and experience in compensation, full recruitment lifecycle, organizational planning, employee engagement, learning & development, assessment center, etc.

· Ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people and a high level of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness,

· Well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative,

· Knowledge of labor law and practices of Turkey,

· Must have completed the military service for male candidates,

· Proficiency in MS Office applications,


YOU WILL TAKE CARE OF

· Being responsible for all operations in HRA functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee engagement activities, etc.

· Developing strong relations between the company and employees,

· Working effectively within the department & across departments and understanding requirements and improving suggestions,

· Building a strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain positive employee relations and working environment,

· Driving company culture through company values, internal policies & procedures with Department Managers,


· Managing Employee Engagement Survey for the whole organization,

· Assisting and leading when needed various HRA projects and continuous improvement initiatives,

· Develop and maintain relationships with landlords

· Prepare and tracking the budget calculation of the project

· Being responsible for all compensation processes,

· Identify suitable premises and manage and handle acquisition processes

· Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied,

· Preparing for internal & external audits,

· Being responsible for social compliance issues.
