Accounting Reconciliation Specialist

Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi which is one of the two locomotive companies of Hayat Holding was established in year 1969 for production in the wooden panel industry and today became a global power which is the 1st in Turkey, the 3rd in Europe, and the 5th in the world in its field.

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for an “Accounting Reconciliation Specialist” in Financial Affairs and Accounting Directorate. The position is based in Altunizade, Istanbul.

Responsibilities:

• Creating accounting records for bank payments and collections.
• Generating accounting entries for service invoices; addressing reimbursements, price differences, exchange rate difference invoices, returns, bonuses, and price variances.
• Performing reconciliation transactions for vendor and customer accounts, and BA-BS reconciliations.
• Handling e-invoice and e-archive invoice cancellation and objection processes.
• Assisting in providing the required documents and reports during internal and external audit processes.
• Tracking and managing the archiving of accounting vouchers.

Skills:

• Able to use MS Office programs well and especially have advanced knowledge of Excel,
• High communication within the team, prone to teamwork,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computerized Accounting, or similar departments
• At least 3 years of experience in related fields.
