Group Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a “Group Procurement Specialist” who will be focusing on “AluminiumRaw Materials” in diversified product types, but mainly on Aluminium Scrap and Secondary Ingotsfor our procurement organization which provides procurement services to KIBAR group companies; mainly in non-ferrous metals sector; with her/his engineering and sourcing skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years experience in procurement of Non-Ferrous Metals. Aluminium knowledge would be a plus
• Excellent computer skills required. To include as a minimum MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Office and internet based applications
• Can travel (local and abroad)
• Strong analytical mind, attention to detail
• Knowledge of SAP MM module is a plus
• Knowledge of LME and hedging is a plus

Job Description:

• Supplier management, 
• Managing procurement requirements of Group Companies for Aluminium Scrap & Secondary Ingots category, 
• Comparing and selecting the optimum supplier and managing and offering according to TCO; considering price, quality, logistics, 
• Research of alternative suppliers, considering quality needs and obtain cost efficiency. Improving partnership with current business partners and vendors,
• Create Purchase Orders through ERP system (SAP - MM Module), 
• Negotiating on the scope of commercial, technical and legal terms such as costs, payment, delivery, warranty & service agreements, 
• Running tenders and preparation of bid evaluation reports, which reflects all the information and the detailed analysis supporting the decision to select the supplier or contractor, 
• Contract management and execution,
• Yearly evaluation of suppliers/vendors, 
• Order Handling management,
• Claim Handling when necessary.
