Marketplace Executive

Koton

We are looking for a Marketplace Executive to take a pro-active role at Koton headquarters. We will be expecting the ideal candidate to have the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree,

• Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in marketplaces (retail/textile), especially minimum 2 years of managing key Marketplace accounts,

• Having an experience of leading a Marketplace team,

• Good analytical skills and high level of data-driven actions taking,

• Advanced campaign management, retail planning and KPI metrics,

• Advanced level of English.

Job Description

• Taking actions to increase profitability by determining the strategy, business style, business model of each marketplace and the structure and target audience of the marketplaces,

• Determining necessary strategies in line with daily, weekly and annual KPI by providing the optimum combination of existing and new business models of the sales channels she/he manages,

• Determining a road map by keeping market and company targets parallel within the scope of long and short term strategic goals by prioritizing the marketplaces to maximize profitability,

• Managing marketplaces by following up and providing the necessary support for all operational units to reach the highest level by carrying out category management, operations, logistics and customer services in coordination with a multidisciplinary perspective,

• Developing both domestic and international channel growth/expansion strategies. Ensuring growth through commercial agreements with different domestic/international business models,

• Managing contract and integration processes for newly added marketplaces,

• In addition to new integration processes, monitoring and managing existing integrated marketplaces to prevent loss of sales due to missing content,

Leading the marketplaces team by ensuring that the marketplace and company goals are clearly communicated within the team, as well as providing a problem-solving perspective by asking the right question with 360-degree communication,

• Taking actions to increase traffic, sales and visibility in marketplaces,

• Keeping a close eye on consumer behavior, market, retail and fashion trends,

• Campaign management, content management, stock management, KPI tracking with a plan parallel to both retail and Marketplace event calendars as well as sales targets.
