Financial Controlling Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS 

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics & Industrial Engineering,
• Preferably 2-3 years of related job experience (Experience in Audit is a plus and/or multinational companies will be an asset),
• Having knowledge of IFRS reporting,
• Excellent command of English both in speaking & writing,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, 
• Very strong analytical and spoken communication skills,
• Team player, problem solver, decision maker and initiative taker in planning and organizing various assignments,
• Willing to perform controlling analysis, reporting and budget planning, 
• Ability to built and action plan with process owners and to follow it in the time
• Able to respond to the subsidiary’s challenges, capacity to analyze and query or question results, 
• Decision-making and goal-oriented professional.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in international environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High ethical standards.
• For male candidates, military service should be completed. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Preparing monthly financial reports in accordance with IFRS and Group Standards,
• Actively participate in the preparation of annual budget, quarterly forecasts,
• Preparing detailed monthly analysis of actual vs. budget variances, 
• Communicate with department managers about budget variances on expenses and prepare corrective action plans when necessary to ensure all business units operate within aligned expense budgets,
• Preparing monthly account reconciliations,  quarterly B/S analysis,
• Preparing periodical, regional and management reports,
• Preparing ad-hoc analysis and reports requested by management,
• Analyzing the processes to ensure that the information flow to business from internal and external sources.
