    General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in related area
  • Have advanced knowledge of English, preferably plus German
  • Min 10 years experience in sales or business management
  • Experienced in corporate customer relationship management
  • Advanced MS Office(excel, power point)
  • Possessing international business mindset and new generation leadership skills
  • Giving importance to organizational commitment and organizational goals
  • Taking initiative and decision making skills
  • Have a customer-oriented service approach


Job Description:

  • Effectively managining the budget, forecast process
  • Managing assigned projects within agreed budget and profit target
  • Initiating new business with existing customers and making business development strategies
  • Leading to win profitable and strategic new client
  • Own the Commercial Pipeline and end to end tender processes
  • Modelling Pilot Projects for potential business
  • Taking necessay actions to use the full capacity
  • Managing operational process with efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Understanding customers needs offering new solutions
  • Developing and tracking business strategies to comply with KPIs
  • Perform necessary activities to maintain profitability and continuity
