QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To build this vision together, MARS is looking for a RUSSIAN SPEAKING SALES SPECIALIST;

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction, the realization of sales budget and targets
• Analyze customer insights and reports
• Identify the needs of customers and offer appropriate solutions
• Increase the market share in line with company strategies and targets
• Prepare new investment research in line with customer needs and expectations

Qualifications:

•       Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
•       Proficient in written and spoken English and Russian
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced in MS Office programs
•       Driving licence and ability to drive actively
