QUALIFICATIONS  

• Graduated from Environmental, Chemical or Material Engineering,
• At least 2 years on environment and social management systems preferably in automotive industry,
• Strong writing and oral skills in English,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Specific subject-matter knowledge of Sustainability Rating (ESG), Sustainability Reporting, GRI, CDP, Internal Auditor, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 26001, ISO 14064, LCA, SimaPro
• Dynamic, proactive, strong human relations, prone to teamwork, researcher,
• Improved problem solving and decision making skills.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Reviews the requirements of environment and sustainability from international standards, customers, IFC guidelines, Martur Fompak International requirements, Environment Social Governance evaluations criteria and define the action plan to comply with these requirements,
• Measure, monitor and improve the performance of Environment Management Systems (EMS) and sustainability,
• Works cross-functionally to support the creation and revision of policies and procedures in support of Martur Fompak International’s processes,
• Supports process owners to improve the process performance on environment and sustainability and implementation,
• Reports the environment and sustainability performance to the management,
• Trains employees on environment and sustainability subjects,
• Conducts internal audits and reports environment and sustainability subjects,
• Increases the score of sustainability/corporate social responsibility by taking actions against the feedbacks of third-party evaluation firms,
• Supports the team and take assigned actions to prepare sustainability reporting,
• Follows the market trends, upcoming local and international requirements,
• Analyses the best implementations on environment and sustainability in the sector and suggest improvement actions.
