We are looking for a" Sustainability Consultant" to join our Sustainability ConsultingTeam in Istanbul. The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications;·  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from Environmental Engineering and other engineering departments
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the business, preferably in sustainability consulting
• Good level of MS Office applications,

• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Analytical thinking, analyzing and reporting capability,
• Strong inter-personal skills; strong project management skills with high-quality outcomes.
• A real team player, self-motivated, able to work independently but open to take direction when necessary
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters daily
• Knowledge in CDP, LCA Reporting, GHG emissions calculation, GHG Protocol, ISO 14046 and ISO 14064
• Apply knowledge and comprehension of environmental legislation and both Turkish and International standards/regulations.
• Experience in implementing ESG related standards, procedures, and processes to manage environmental risks (including GHG emissions)
• Perfect knowledge of the sustainability reporting standards; Global Reporting Initiative, TCFD and SASB, etc.
• Knowledge of general initiatives in the industry to reduce the carbon impact
• No restriction to travel in and abroad.

Job Description:

• To carry out sustainability reporting activities on environmental topics; collecting and analyzing data;  editing related parts of the reports; coordinating data management when necessary
• To support the preparation of the client’s environmental strategy and the setting up the long-term goals,
• To identify risks and opportunities by following sustainability trends and global regulations,
• To take role in ESG valuation projects,
• To take role in Net Zero projects within the scope of Science Based Targets and prepare the needed action plans,
• To support energy efficiency and renewable energy investments.
