Customer Service Representative

Nexus is seeking customer service representatives to attend to our customers via Email, Chat, and Phone. Nexus is a transportation company servicing customers moving to a new home or buying a new car from a different state.

Job Duties

• Identify customers needs and recommend the appropriate solutions
• Escalate any issues to Quality Assurance while maintaining professionalism
• Ensure a customer first mentality
• Participation in ongoing customer service training and support
• Build relationships with customers to ensure longevity
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the clients products and promotions
• Consistently surpass expected quarterly KPI

Requirements

• Attentive: You take ownership for your work and have a high attention to quality and detail and react appropriately as market conditions change.
• Adaptive: You have the ability to work in a fast-paced and wear multiple hats.

  Working hours: early shift, mid shift, late shift. Business hours 07:00am - 09:00pm CST Flexible Schedule Monday-Sunday.
