HSE Specialist (Temporary-External)

As interface of the HSE department to the Service and Project Management department you will mainly provide advice on all aspects of Health and Safety and its potential impact within the company:

Responsibilities: 

• Organize and perform inspections on site
• Organize HSE training courses
• Investigate accidents and accomplish its documentation
• Prepare and develop work and safety instructions
• Draw up Health and Safety plans, accompany the audits and its follow-ups
• Handle waste management and environmental issues
• Implement a health Program
• Keep and enter HSE related data into the PPE Database System
• Collate Monthly HSE Statistics and KPI from relevant departments and submit to Global HSE

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the local HSE regulations and legal requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Electro-technical and environmental experience
• Fluent in Business English (further language competences would be preferable e.g. German)
• Ability to work in a team and self-organized
• Willingness to go on business trips within Turkey and abroad
• A or B class expert certificate 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Power Point)
  
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering

• Willing to travel on regular basis, including nights away from home

This position requires frequent travel to different sites and cities within Turkey. Willingness to travel is must.
