Leading international manufacturer of wind turbines worldwide, present in several countries across the world seeks qualified Recruiter within the development of its recruitment activities.

Essential Experiences, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Organizations & Leadership, Psychology or similar with major subject in Human Resources Management,
• Proven work experience as HR Recruiter or similar role,
• Fluent in English,
• Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors would be an asset),
• Collaborating skills and understanding how HR can contribute to the business,
• Ownership; end-to-end accountability for resolution,
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills,
• Ability to travel when required.

• Design and implement an overall recruitment strategy,
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications,
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives,
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job career portals,
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, career portals etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications,
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule,
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes,
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team,
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs,
• Collaborating with hiring managers during the interview process,
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process,
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
