We are looking for a Agile Coach/Scrum Master to join our global team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching for one or more development teams, ensuring that Agile principles and methodologies are applied effectively
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
• Foster collaboration and communication within the development team and with other stakeholders to ensure a transparent and efficient workflow
• Identify and remove impediments that obstruct the development team's progress, ensuring a smooth and productive development process
• Monitor and track key Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, lead time, and cycle time to identify areas for improvement and measure team performance
• Provide regular updates and reports on team progress, impediments, and accomplishments to stakeholders, management, and other relevant parties
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the team's productivity and efficiency
• Act as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring transparency
• Embrace change and adapt to evolving business needs, adjusting Agile practices and strategies accordingly to drive value and meet objectives

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal and leadership skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of software development processes and technologies is a plus
• Good knowledge of English (Speaking is a must)
• CSM, PSM, KMP or similar Agile certifications is preferred
