We are looking for a Project Delivery Governor  to join our team!

Purpose And Objective Of Job

For the execution of our Service Delivery team we are looking for Project Delivery Governor (PDG) working at our Digital Transformation Projects. Project Delivery Governor (PDG) taking over responsibility for an agile based delivery by managing strong collaboration model with all delivery teams and project stakeholders. You will lead the sprint plans to the customer's needs and direct the Service Delivery Team. You will be involved in the customer's Digital Transformation projects as a leader from NTT DATA BS 's perspective, and monitoring and controlling the project governance framework by NTT DATA BS. 

Expectations And Task Of The Job

As PDG, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You have a deep understanding of communication, group dynamics and coaching, and can help teams develop trust and safety. Acquire the role of a trusted advisor inside the customer and internal organization
• Influence an effective Service Delivery and Support culture by advocating collaboration, transparency, flexibility and relationship building. 
• Evangelize and advocate for new ways of working through the use of appropriate communication, tools, techniques and data. 
• Create detailed service delivery plans and drive their sprints executions in Project Teams
•  Excellent backlog management and developing prioritization strategy based on customers requirement.
• Change management support in Resource Changes is project cycle.
• Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus on project issues and create positive outcomes for all parties.
• Identify top issues based on technical knowledge, define action plan accordingly and drive the resolution process
• Coordinate involvement of all 3rd party resources and Internal Resources alignment. Facilitate and provide recommendations for technical or business process improvements
• Report to top management and Steerco level

Skills And Competencies

• Bachelors Degree or Masters degree required
• Industry knowledge is plus (Retail, Automotive, Metal etc.)
• Minimum 6-7 years of Professional experience
• Have proven experience (more than 6-7years) in one or more of following roles:

• Senior SAP consultant,
• Solution Architect,
• Unit Manager,
• SAP Project Manager experience
• Excellent customer / escalation management skills
• Proven ability to work with customers on project- and senior management level,
• Ability to communicate to C-Level (internal SAP & customer)
• Strong Team player
•  Analytical thinking
•  Fluency in English and Turkish native language
