Export Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for an "Export Sales Operations Specialist" to join our team to work in our Factory in Dilovasi, Kocaeli.

General Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree from preferably in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics,
• At least 2 years of experience in at Export Sales Operations,
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must,
  
• Analysis and reporting experience,
• Knowledge of export shipment, logistics services and delivery management,
• Good team player and strong communication skills,
• Able to initiate team work,
• Result oriented, analytical,
• Having a sense of detail and the ability to take initiative and responsibility,
• Having a result-oriented manner,
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Candidates who live or willing to live in Kocaeli.

Job Description;

• Monitoring smooth sales operation procedures,
• Responsible for registering of the orders in the system, following up production planning to organize shipments, processing sample requests,
• Responsible of regular update for information of client’s orders, following the payments and loading process according to incoterms,
• Providing the necessary coordination for the operation processes of the orders (loading with warehouse, logistics and custom procedures),
• Preparing export documents, organizing export processes with custom brokers and logistics partners.
