PROJECT RESPONSIBLE

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

To be employed at Paksan Makina San ve Tic. A.Ş, is a leading company in Automotive Industry since 1966.

Who has bachelor’s and above degree on Mechanical Engineering and Metalurgical Engineering and their sub branches.

Candidates who will work within the company with abilities such as:

· Analytical thinking

· Eager to learn in project and machining fields of production

· Who wants to have a career in machining technology

· Willing to work as a team member, can easily adopt to team working enviroment.

· Precondition of English speaking, reading and writing with a level of minimum B2.

· Candidates prefered who can prove his/hers English level with an exam such as IELTS, TOEFL, ect.

· Has no problem with communicating with foreign (English speaking) customers via phone, face to face or online meetings.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Make, execute and audit Project plans with help of MS Excel, MS Project programmes.

· Following and reporting related KPI of the department.

·Following, checking and reporting the revision of customer technical drawings, customer standarts

·Execution of the Project from design to SOP with on time.

·Present at customer meetings, discuss and negotiate about the Project plan and design related issues.

·In contact with customer and reflect customer requirements to Project team, production and quality departments.

·Present on the FMEA team and keep all documents them up to date.

·Keep all related documents updated and present them on yearly audits to the auditors.
