QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems or Statistics,
  • At least 3+ years of professional experience in CRM  and Loyalty and Campaign Management role,
  • Passionate about CRM and Loyalty Management, planning her/his career in this area
  • Experience working with digital data & analytics or loyalty, reward or subscription programs a plus,
  • SQL knowledge and programming experience in analytics tools & languages such as Python, R, SAS, SPSS is a plus,
  • Efficient team player, multi-tasking and resilient with a strategic point of view
  • Excellent communication skills in English,
  • Problem solver, proactive thinker,
  • Advocate on best practices and emerging trends in CRM.


Job Description

  • Prepare and manage CRM & Loyalty Campaigns Budgets,
  • Connect with our customers to identify the products and services that will best meet their needs and to build long-term meaningful relationships,
  • Plan and schedule campaign content across all CRM channels for deployment optimization, campaign coordination and program delivery,
  • Support in campaign briefing, development and execution across CRM marketing channels based on the national promotional calendar,
  • Responsible for CRM campaign deployment timelines and act as the liaison with internal teams and external agencies for review and approval of campaign content, including copy, creative and legal requirements,
  • Design, implementation and optimization of Loyalty Program inclusive of rewards management and set up,
  • Identify new conversion opportunities regarding customer life cycle flows and drive continuously improving customer lifetime value,
  • Cooperate with analysing team to create, measure, and report performance metrics regarding automated campaign scenarios,
  • Analyze the results of CRM campaign performance in offline and online channels,
  • Ideating new strategies at driving engagement and retention,
  • Understand key requirements of CRM channels including content creation, audience build and A/B testing for communication channel performance,
  • Support colleagues on daily CRM activities.
