• Graduated from Mining, Chemical, Metallurgical and Materials, Mechanical Engineering departments;
• Min 3 years of experience in production facilities;
• Working in shift model
• Experience with rotary machine parts and transfer equipments;
• Advanced level of English both writing and speaking;
• Open to travel;
• Living in Eskişehir or willing to relocate.

About the job

• Developing and implementing production schedules to ensure the effective use of labor, tools, plant and equipment and to coordinate production output with inventory requirements;
• Estimating resource requirements;
• Analyzing production and operational data;
• Matching the organization's resources with demand to maximize output and minimize production costs;
• Using Lean tools to analyze production data, implementing 6S;
• Participating in cross functional working groups both local and global, working closely relevant departments and stakeholders;
• Being role model for Health, Safety and Environment standards and continuously investigating the field, perform regular risk analyses and  discovering gaps, taking proactive actions to prevent accidents;
• Supervising, training and coaching the team and assisting the management;
• Following-up daily/weekly/monthly/yearly KPI's and take actions to achieve targets.
