QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Land Transport Customer Services Representative” who communicates and coordinates  between internal service providers suppliers, customs agents, co-loaders, insurance companies and foreign DB  Schenker Offices for the customers in line with DB Schenker standards.

Tasks:

  • Manages job diversification of his/her team and provides sustainability of job loyalty at long-term business.
  • Accordance to DB Schenker Arkas Standards & procedures and contracts, sets up a substructure in order to ensure carrying out of the loading process, if necessary, realizes him/herself. Furthermore, contributes to  Customer Representative performing information flow.
  • Performs pricing activities for foreign DB Schenker Offices.
  • Solves the problems which are transmitted from his/her team, meeting with related units & departments (sales  customs -warehouses-CRM, etc.).
  • Works in coordination with Sales Department and supports them in gaining new customers.
  • Takes actions for providing customer satisfaction, meets their expectations and finds solutions for possible  problems in an optimum way.
  • Based in Bursa.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Logistics, Business Administration).
  • Experience in preferably related business Customer Services or Land Transportation. 
  • Office programs user experience.
  • Advanced level of English language.
  • Service and solution-oriented.
  • Planning and follow-up skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
