Ocean Freight Operation Specialist(*)

We are looking for an "Ocean Freight FCL Operation Specialist" who will regularly monitor Ocean Freight’s operational processes and provide a stream of information about details/updates to internal and external customers.

Tasks:

• Carries out the operations related to all processes related to the Ocean Freight operations in its area of ??responsibility and ensures that the related activities are closed on time,
• Follow-up and organization of cargo-handling processes ,
• Ensures that the operation is carried out by the terms of the contract and DB Schenker Arkas policies and procedures, coordinates the information flow to the customer along with the preparation, follow-up and controls of the necessary documents,
• Follows standard and customized SOPs for customers.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields (Logistics, Marine Transportation)
• Export and/or Import FCL shipment’s operational process know-how is highly preferred.
• Shipping process knowledge
• Office programs user experience
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Basen in İstanbul
