We are looking for Tender Engineer in fast-changing & dynamic organization .

We would like to support our candidates who reside in the earthquake zone or who have to change their city due to the earthquake by prioritizing their applications.

You will be..

• Ensure technical offer as necessary according to customer demands with defining possible deviations,
• Ensure that Standard quotation and pricing tools used within the tendering process under global pricing guidelines,
• Review and approve tender price/costing estimates and submit for management approval in accordance with the tendering processes,
• Ensure that formal risk analysis and mitigation is carried out on appropriate tenders and is submitted with approval requests,
• Ensure all orders received against a tender are properly verified to be in line with the quotation and all information is present prior to handover of projects,
• Ensures high level of Tendering service by providing offers to co-workers on time
• Work in collaboration with the Front offices and Sales to support and execute strategies to establish products and solutions during identification phase,
• Be proactive in eliminating any technical or commercial risk in tendering phase,
• Ensure that all opportunities and quotes are correctly entered into the defined recording systems and that all activities and intelligence is recorded and maintained in the system,
• Following Schneider Production System Front-End instructions.

You will be perfect fit if you have..

• Degree in Electrical Engineering,
• Fluency in verbal and written English,
• Strong experience& background on Low Voltage Systems, reading and understanding electrical drawings, customer specifications,
• At least 5 years of experience in Tendering and Knowledge of tendering procedures,
• Understanding of competitor offers and up to date switchgear technology,
• Awareness of the company's manufacturing strategy & manufacturing capability,
• Commercial negotiation skills,
• Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions
• Fully PC & Windows Excel/Word/PowerPoint literate,
• Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP,
• Interpersonal skills with multicultural environment, high communication skills
• Team player,
• Understanding of the function of other departments in a manufacturing factory.
