We have our core structure at Securitas. Every day, around the world, our employees, who are the heroes of the day, make people feel safer? We are looking for Internal Control Assistant Specialist with the following qualifications. She/He will work in the Head Office at Ankara.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

·        Bachelor's degree (Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Engineering,Mathematics, Statistics etc.)

·        At least 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in auditing companies or multinational companies, big four experience is a plus

·        Preferably able to use Microsoft Axapta & Oracle

·        Experienced in auditing and reporting

·        Periodically preparing management reports with reliable data and analyzing the reports

·        Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English

·        Proficient in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·        Preferably have an Internal Audit Certification (CIA)

·        Able to travel

·        Completed his military service

·        Living or able to live in Ankara

JOB DESCRIPTION

·        To carry out the audit of financial and operational processes in the planned time

·        Reporting the findings according to the audit results and tracking the actions to be taken.

·        To identify the units to be audited monthly, to coordinate the audit process

·        To control the issues affecting the cost and profit of the company.

·        To carry out the audit activity by working with other departments in the internal audit process of the company

·        To follow the internal/external legislation, company policies, procedures and ethical rulesof the group companies.

·        Contributing to the management processes by developing suggestions.

·        To analyze the efficiency of the company's income sources

·        Making and following up suggestions for improvements as a result of audit results

·        Develop and communicate ad hoc reports, including for invoicing and cost control, and provide related recommendations.

·        Review, analyze and evaluate financial data and information for accuracy, consistency and transparency.
