Job Description & Responsibilities:

Support the Manager of Food & Beverage to improve the profitability of every outlet

Optimize the profitability of every outlet

Analyze market trends and make suggestions based on latest market and industry trends

Assist in maintaining a high standard of service

In partnership with the Manager of Food & Beverage you will have responsibility for the branding, revenue and management of Food & Beverage colleagues

Lead the Food & Beverage team to provide the highest standard of  service

Requirements:

’Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field’’  

At least 5 years preferably experienced in a similar position at a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel environment

A friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader

Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends

Thinks out of the box

Having outstanding personal presentation, excellent communication and organizational skills

Should be creative, innovative and strive for continuous improvement

Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up

Willingness to develop team members and self

Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement

Encourage team members to maximize sales and revenue

Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures

Manage guest feedback in a timely and efficient manner

Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team
