Job Description:

• Preparation of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and all management reports, Ad-Hoc reports after controlling and analysis monthly closings.
• Preparing the annual budget studies in accordance with the predetermined deadlines and to prepare and finalize all the detailed studies of the budget at the relevant time.
• Preparing quraterly forecast studies (December-March-June) and estimating three times in a month of all sites’ P&L in accordance with the instructions of the group.
• Controlling of journal entries and make adjustments according to IFRS and TFRS and Sodexo Global Accounting Manual. Monitoring the closing process of the accounting department and coordinating the team to ensure the monthly closure is made on time.
• Preparing all IFRS and group and management reports periodically (monthly, quarterly, annually), and making adaptation to the all changing reporting standards.
• Preparing the necessary data for the independent audit, to provide the team with all required information and materials until the end of the reporting process, to check the reports and TFRS report requested by the group and to complete the process smoothly.
• Collobarate with IT department to develop ERPs according to our investments.
• Ensuring effective collaboration with all relevant departments for the collection of accurate and timely information to update Power BI on a monthly basis.
• Internal Audit of Sodexo sites and Head Office, and preparing Risk Matrix, Company Level Controls, Process Level Controls by using COSO model according to group instructions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics.
• Min. 2-3 years of experience in Audit (Big 4 experience is a plus) and 2-3 years experience in controlling department of multinational companies.
• SMMM certificate or SMMM internship is a plus.
• Preferably experienced in Hyperion (HFM), Tagetik, Sonar, Power BI.
• Talented in data analytics and analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Especially Excel and Powerpoint).
• Strong analytical & reporting skills with multi-tasking and result oriented competency.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills.
